EULA - End User License Agreement

Important! You should carefully read the following enduser license agreement before buying and installing this software program. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you cannot install the software.

License AgreementYou are granted the license to install myLittleWriter in one server for one site.

You can modify the source code. (wsc version only)
You may not re-distribute the source code.
myLittleTools.net retains the copyright to the source code.
Your license is non-transferable.
You can modify the ASP files that came with myLittleWriter. myLittleWriter is provided to the endusers in source code format to enable them to customize it according to their specifications. However myLittleTools.net cannot provide support to the customizations made by the endusers. (wsc version only)

You cannot re-distribute the source code. myLittleWriter comes with a Single Site license and should be used on one website only. The license does not allow you to share or distribute ASP files or part of the ASP code that comes with myLittleWriter. You can always recommend our product to your friends/customers and they can buy a license from us. You can also resell our products at any price that you wish after purchasing it from us.

myLittleTools.net does not offer refunds on myLittleWriter. That's why you are encouraged to try out all the features of our Live Demo prior to purchasing myLittleWriter to determine if it meets your needs. myLittleTools.net cannot afford to offer refunds because myLittleWriter is sold with complete source code.

This software is provided AS IS and WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Neither myLittleTools.net, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates or licensors shall be liable in any way for loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use of the program including, but not limited to, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, data loss, data corruption or any and all other commercial damages or losses.
